Recover your UTSA Blackboard Login Credentials
Having log in trouble? Then go to the site utsa.blackboard.com, hereunder the login blanks click on, ‘Forgot/reset passphrase’. On the next redirected page, you will get three boxes, and here click on the third one, ‘Begin reset’.
You will get a dialogue box, click on, ‘Ok’.
In the next directed page, input,
- myUTSA ID
- Cellphone Number as,
- In-UTSA Email ID
- Then, click on, ‘Submit’.
If you have misplaced the cellphone or email, click on, ‘Forgot cellphone/email?’. On the next redirected page you will get more details.
You can choose the ‘Begin tour’, and you will get more details. For clicking on ‘Begin setup’, type,

- The passphrase
- Then, click on, ‘Login’ in blue.
If you want to reset the passphrase click on, ‘Forgot/reset passphrase?’, then check the info on the next directed change.
