• Only the residents of England, Scotland or Wales are eligible for the survey and the participant must be at least 18 years of age.
• The employees, staff or anyone affiliated are not eligible for the survey.
• Only one entry per month is accepted.
• Successful completion of the survey is required to win the prize.
• The coupon cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.
• A valid receipt with the survey code must be available.

How to take the Shell Customer Satisfaction Survey

• Keep the receipt of the visit in handy.
• Open the browser and visit the website: tellshell.shell.com
• Enter the site ID provided in your receipt.
• Provide the date and time of your visit to the station and click on start.

• On the landing page, you will be asked about the experience of your visit and the services provided to you in the station.
• Answer all the questions honestly and accurately and click on next.
• On the final page, you will be asked to enter into the fuel voucher sweepstakes.
• Accept the notification and provide your personal details accurately and click on submit.
• Congratulations you have successfully entered into the lucky draw and you will be notified once you win.
